INDIVIDUAL THERAPY

I feel strongly that the foundation of therapy is the relationship between the therapist and client. I offer a safe and warm environment in which we can connect. Together, we can identify what the issues may be and how to work toward a healthier, balanced life.

 

COUPLES THERAPY

Trying to repair a relationship feels insurmountable at times. The dynamic in couples therapy is unique as neither individual is the client. Instead, by identifying patterns and improving communication skills we work together in service of your relationship.

 

At present, I am taking new clients in Prague. In addition I work with individuals virtually on Doxy, a secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform. As noted previously, my theoretical orientation is drawn from a variety of sources and approaches including, but not limited to: Attachment Theory, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Emotionally Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, Object-Relations Theory and Psychodynamic Therapy.
